This is showcased by our compliance with FSSC 22000 standards and GMP+ guidelines. If, however, a problem arises and you wish to make a complaint, please inform us within 5 business days through the contact form, by email or by phone. We will do our utmost best to solve the problem as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. Moreover, we will take care to prevent the same issue from arising in the future.
To ensure this, we look for a solution at the highest possible level, in close cooperation with all parties involved. If we cannot immediately offer a satisfactory solution, we will look for a temporary solution. We will always handle your complaint with the care appropriate to its nature and severity. This will occur within 5 business days per our guidelines, after which you will be informed of the outcome. Should it take more than 5 business days to investigate your complaint, you will be informed of this in timely fashion. Because we highly value our excellent relationship with our customers, we evaluate our complaints procedure every year.
